All sales are final sales. We are a small operation and cannot accept returns, exhchanges, or cancellations unless something is damaged or is our fault. If for some reason you received a wrong size or defective item feel free to contact us at contact@dungeondiversunited.com and we'll take care of things.

Please be sure you're ordering the correct item in the correct size. Send us an email if you need more info on the size of an item.

Do not send back any items unless you've been in contact and we've given you an approval to make the return.
